This book is so great! I was sick and tired of yo-yo dieting and thinking of food constantly. Monica Swanson has given me a tool to become free from dieting and negative thoughts about my body. I'm excited to practice what I've learned.

This book is so refreshing! After trying SO many diets and never being able to maintain what came of those diets, this book taught me how to live! There is a peace that comes from not dieting. It is awesome...and I have dropped weight. Thank you Monica!

This is totally me!! Everything in this book described me perfectly from when I was at my biggest To when I've been at my smallest and the way I thought and acted. I loved the book! Will probably give it to friends who diet a lot and that I know it won't offend them 😊

She had quite a bit of great advice, I just need to figure out how to implement some of it

re-training your brain is tough but this book makes everything so clear and easy to understand! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone that has tried diet after diet and wonders why they're failing! :)

I loved this book for it simplicity. Act like the person you want to be, and one day you will be that person. So simple yet, I have never thought that way. If you act like an active, healthy, skinny person...you will eventually become that person! DUH. I've lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks without even trying. I am less focused on what goes in my mouth because I am a "skinny" person so of course I eat healthy foods in small portions and don't stress about what I'm eating. Currently I'm 5'5 and 135lbs.
